NERC/NAHRO Allan R. Andrews Scholarship Program

PHADA Scholarship Program

Applications are due January 27th, 2023 to PHADA - You must notify Portland Housing Authority Resident Services of your interest to apply by January 13th

In 2023, PHADA will proudly award three scholarships to deserving high school seniors residing in public and assisted housing (residents must live in PHADA member agencies, Portland Housing Authority is a member agency). You can access the material on their website. 
***Contact us (or call 207-221-8063) if you would like to apply. The number of applications is limited to two (2) for each Housing Authority. We will Choose two applications to support and provide the Executive Director's recommendation along with the application fee.
