Director of Housing Services:


Program Manager:

The Program Manager assists the Director in the management and oversight of special programs including Mod Rehab, Project Based Vouchers, and two housing developments, Congress Square and Northfield Green. She is also the Homeownership Program Coordinator.

Account Clerk:

The Account Clerk monitors the Section 8 HAP payments to the landlords as well as tracking voucher turnover rates, unit counts, move-outs, and utilization rates.

Occupancy Housing Officers:





The Housing Officers ensure tenants' verifications are complete, and review tenants' leases for compliance. They are also in charge of rent calculations, lease-ups, and recertifications. Part of their job is to prepare contracts between landlords and the PHA, and in general serve as a liaison between these two parties. They ensure that policies and regulations are complied with regarding recertifications, inspections, and lease-ups.

Occupancy Clerks:

Occupancy Clerks assist the Housing Officers. They create and maintain tenant files, answer calls for the Housing Officers, maintain appointment schedules, gather tenant verification forms, and meet with clients/tenants.

Intake Department:


The Intake Department deals exclusively with Section 8 applications. They maintain the waiting list, collect applications, enter applications into the computer system, verify applicants' information, interview applicants, determine applicants' eligibility, and run informational meetings for voucher holders.
