AGENCY PLAN The Portland Housing Authority has developed its Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review by clicking here for an Adobe PDF version, or at the Authority’s office located at 14 Baxter Boulevard, Portland, Maine and at 2 Riverton Drive; 21 Popham Street; 211 Cumberland Avenue; 284 Danforth Street; 66 Pembroke Street; 34 W. Presumpscot Street and 58 Boyd Street, all located within the City of Portland, Maine. The Authority’s hours of operation are 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch). In addition, a public hearing will be held on April 6, 2006 at 5:30 PM in the Authority’s office at 14 Baxter Boulevard, Portland, Maine. Everyone is invited.
