Requests for Proposals for Construction Manager Services for COMB Block Phase 1

Portland Housing Development Corporation (PHDC) and Portland Housing Authority (PHA) are pleased to share a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Construction Manager (CM) services for the COMB Block Phase 1 project in Portland, Maine. The RFP can be viewed at this Dropbox Link. 

RFP questions and comments should be submitted by January 6, 2025 at 4:00PM. Please submit questions and comments via email to Sarah Tatarczuk at statarczuk@porthouse.org. 

Proposals are due by January 20, 2025 at 4:00PM. CM must submit Respondent Deliverables to Sarah Tatarczuk at statarczuk@porthouse.org.
