The Portland Housing Authority has drafted its 2020 5-YEAR Plan, Capital Fund Program for the period beginning July 1, 2020, and has proposed Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) changes. There is a public meeting on Tuesday, February 18 at 2:00 PM at the Sagamore Village Community Room, 21 Popham Street, Portland, ME. You are welcomed to attend to give your thoughts and opinions.
The major components of the draft annual plan and capital fund program include:
- PHA’s 5-Year Plan and Goal
- Capital Fund Program, expenditure of $2+ million for capital improvements
- Public Housing Program, revisions to administrative policies
