he Portland Housing Authority has drafted its 2020 5-YEAR Plan, Capital Fund Program for the period beginning July 1, 2020, and has proposed Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) changes. There is a public meeting on Friday, February 21, at 2 PM in the Riverton Park Community Room, 2 Riverton Drive, Portland, ME. You are welcomed to attend to give your thoughts and opinions.
The major components of the draft annual plan and capital fund program include:
- PHA’s 5-Year Plan and Goal
- Capital Fund Program, expenditure of $2+ million for capital improvements
- Public Housing Program, revisions to administrative policies
