The Portland Housing Authority maintains all of its developments to very high standards and provides maintenance services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Emergencies calls are handled within one hour. Regular maintenance work orders are usually handled within a day or two of call placement.
Cost Responsibilities & Charges
If the maintenance need is due to normal wear and tear or is not your fault, you will not be charged for the work.
If you, a family member, or guest are responsible for the problem, payment plans can be arranged with the Property Manager assigned to your development.
If the problem is not an emergency and does not pose a threat to health and safety, you should wait until normal business to report it in order to avoid additional charges.
Contact the appropriate work order phone number for your neighborhood. These are for ALL maintenance requests, including emergencies, on weekends and after hours.
