Front Street Phase 2 is newly rebuilt mixed-income elderly and/or disabled housing located in Portland's East Deering Neighborhood. The building has an elevator, laundry facilities, and a spacious community room. All utilities are included with rent. 55 and older and/or disabled. Preference for those who are homeless.

 The income-based unit eligibility guidelines are set by HUD.  There is a waiting list for these rentals.

There is a preference for homeless individuals.
