Construction was completed in 1969 and is listed on Portland’s Historic Register.  Rising to a height of 175 feet (53 m), it is home to elderly and disabled people living in its 200 subsidized apartments.   Centrally located within the city, it is on a major bus line and is within walking distance to medical offices, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

These rentals are income-based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD.  There is a waiting list for these rentals.
